For Bartiméus (a national organization that supports visually impaired individuals) I thoroughly delved into the nuanced daily experiences of visually impaired and blind elderly individuals. What lies behind the daily impediments?
Activities of this project were recruiting for and performing 17 explorative interviews, For an efficient recruitment process, I launched FB Ads to target the right people.
I created visuals with A.I. so a diverse group would recognize themselves in the ads.
After performing the interviews, I translated compelling insights into actionable HCW (How Can We) questions for Bartiméus’ defining phase.
