We were invited by NS to redesign the NS SOS and Emergency Pole and optimise the user experience.
Our redesigned pole was better visible in case of quick emergency. The interface design was easier to use and worked more intuitive instead of using text.
To develop this concept, we conducted many user tests: both purely the UI and the whole UX. What I enjoyed the most about this project was to do quick testing to improve the design, and testing with a broad spectrum of people (foreigners/physically impaired/mentally impaired).
For this project I made the UI designs for the screens and flowcharts, which we used to perform user tests with.
